We sell ATTAXX ceramic filters and offer pilot system testing. The ATTAXX Solutions Center in Broomfield, Colorado, runs validation testing of ceramic membranes in separating liquid/particle mixtures provided by the customer.

We have designed our ATTAXX Laboratory System so that we can help customers assess initial operational performance and product selection for specific liquid/particle filtration. Our ATTAXX Laboratory System and our trained staff in Broomfield, Colorado have the flexibility to test ceramic membrane separations on customer-supplied liquid mixtures with the ATTAXX brand of ceramic membranes. This first step results in a recommendation from our staff on the likelihood of successful use of ceramic membranes in the customer’s application.

Our ATTAXX Pilot Systems are available for comprehensive testing at customer sites. This important service takes ceramic membrane separations out of our laboratory and into real operating conditions. With the supervision of our highly-trained personnel, customers are able to optimize operating parameters and gather critical data necessary for system design and specification of components. ATTAXX Pilot Systems are highly-instrumented to analyze membrane configurations (channels, pore size) and to optimize cleaning routines. Information collected during pilot testing reduces engineering uncertainties and provides useful information for engineering design decisions.

Following pilot testing, end-users and systems integrators are equipped with the necessary information to design, build and install an optimal system. Our Solutions Center is a resource to help end-users and integrators design and install the optimal ceramic membrane system.
